Hello.

So I search for an AV receiver that supports 4K (not just upscaling, passthrough from BD player to TV), but also has S-Video inputs, as I still use S-VHS and I hunt for a D-VHS as well.

Also analog audio inputs are needed, as I have several different decks.

Maybe TX-NR1009?

Its going to be tough to find anything with S-Video on it nowadays. For some reason companies completely dropped it thinking a composite input with a 3D comb filter was an acceptable substitute.

Just as if anyone was wonderig or searchig for an answer, I got Yamaha RX-A3030, it's only downside is it requires HDMI TV to use setup menu and it does not downconvert HDMI to analog, but should display Composie, S-Video and component analog signal over HDMI.

PAL user, unless otherwise specified I talk about PAL equipment.
