Wanted: Pinch roller for JVC SR-MV45U

In my deck, the pinch roller has begun to crack and split. From what little my research has turned up, the replacement part may consist of the whole roller arm assembly. However, it's only the rubber roller piece itself that I technically need to replace, if that can even be done.

If you have spare parts from a compatible model, or can point me to a supplier, please let me know. eBay pickings seem slim at the moment.
