Hi all, thanks to all the wonderful guides and conversations on these forums, I was able to complete my project of digitizing all of my family's recordings. Just in time to, as I'm about to move, and I need to unload all of my gear. My VHS decks and many of my other components, I've already sold on EBay, but I do still have a complete PC running an AIW card. I want to make it available here first before I part it out.

No TBC included?

It's rare for a capture system to have an included TBC, and it'd be the extremely rare TBC-100 card. More often, TBCs are external, between VCR and capture system/card.

This post is just for the PC. Setting up a Windows XP rig for the All-In-Wonder (AIW) AGP card can be tedious, but this one is ready to go. I was fortunate that I was able to pair this with a JVC SVHS unit, and the built-in TBC was good enough. Not the same thing, but the video quality I was able to capture from even some more demanding tapes was really good.
