I've come up with a way to repair some of the cracked gears that jam up the dynamic drum, using silk thread. I'll put up a detailed post after I get good pics. But I have limited parts to work with to perfect it and test for durability. So if you have any of the cracked gears laying around, I'll pay shipping for you to send them to me. PM for address. Thanks!

This site has over 100 different gears
If not for your drum possible
Other gears that you may need

Once the gears shrink so do the teeth, Filling the crack will add an extra tooth or a weird size tooth, It might work to prevent the shutdown but you will have alignment problems. The only two options is to bypass the DD system since it is not needed for playback or to make new gears.

I'm getting a 8K resin printer and try to work on some of the designs to see if I can replicate the gears with the right plastic mechanical properties.

That's why I'm developing a way to fix it without filling in the crack, but pull it back together. Basically sewing it up.

That would requires unshrinking the plastic which is impossible, Once it shrinks any effort to put it back together leads to breaking it, Good luck however.
