Yes, it is just like new. I barely used it at all. It's still in the original box with the CD that came with it. No problems at all with it. I bought a newer model that came out not long after I got this one. There may be a newer software version for it online than the CD with it. If so, it can be downloaded for free from their website. If I get a chance, I will download it, if there is a newer one and include the CD.

You may have no interest in it, but I also have one of the ADVC 300 converter's for sale. I posted it on this site, but the admin has never posted it on the For Sale site for some reason. It's like new also with the original manual and CD that came with it. Also includes the AV cable and the component cable. If I can locate the 6pin to 4pin Firewire cable it will also be included. I looked one day this week and there was one on Ebay for $450 and one for $475. I don't think they had the manual or any cables with them. I used this one very little so it is like new also. I'm only asking $325 for it including shipping to U.S. destination.
