Hi All,

This is the second SVHS player that i have for sale. It is a JVC HR-S9700EK PAL Player in full working condition with original remote and instruction manual.

The top of the casing has a few cosmetic scratches due to storage.

I am selling this for 300 pounds plus postage costs.

Your post has been approved. Please note that it may have been edited to comply with rules for posting in the marketplace. We hope you're able to sell your video/photos/computer item, or locate your want — all for free, and better than you could on eBay or Craigslist. Thanks!

Nice unit. There's always interest in these here in the forum. It should hopefully sell within the month.

Yes you will most likely require a plug adaptor but they are available for cheap on Amazon.

I am not familiar with the 9850ek model but I know that the s9700ek model is a very high end and very capable and popular model.

Many (most?) JVC S-VHS machines in the later 7000/8000/9000 series have worldwide 110W~240W power supplies. So all you need is the correct plug shape adapter, and NOT any sort of power converter.

I know the HR-S7965EK does, so it would be likely that all x800+'s are the same
