FS: Sony DCR-T8000E Digital8 (Video8/Hi8) camcorder [SOLD]
1 Attachment(s)
Sony DCR-T8000E Camcorder
Will play: - Digital8 - Video8 - Hi8 Digital out: - Firewire Analog out: - Composite video - S-video - Stereo audio Optional TBC and Noise Reduction on playback. These can be individually enabled/disabled. Analog output is "pure analog", not AD/DA encoded thru DV codec (some camcorders do this conversion!). Serviced officially some time around 2010. Cleaned when necessary. So far so good, no problems. With older Video8 tapes the heads will get dirty pretty easily. Atleast more so than with some decks I've used. Manual cleaning is not difficult, 2 screws and the cover comes off. Hand strap is cut off to make it easier to use for playback setup. Includes: - Remote controller - Breakout cable for audio/video - S-video cable (on request) - Wall power supply 100-240V (Euro AC cord included on request) I will not include lithium-ion batteries because it's not allowed without huge premium on shipping. Asking 200€ Ships from Finland. S&H estimate is between 30-50€ to most places. Payment: Wire(SEPA), PayPal, Cryptocurrencies. Buyer pays all fees. For additonal 50€ I will include a hard case with shaped foam for the camera. The case has a place for Panasonic NV-GS400 DV-camcorder. GS400 is pretty beat up but works with both SP and LP modes. Comes with remote, no li-on batteries. I can sell it with the case for 40€. http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/atta...1&d=1511447638 |

Why can't I find any info on this DCR-T8000E online? I'm looking for a PAL digital8 camera for transfers.
|
I don't know.. What info are you looking for?
|
I guess I was just wondering it it was a typo or not? If it wasn't then it was another model I could potentially be looking for, that's all :P
|
Alas I don't have it anymore. But I'm 99% sure it's not a typo. It's a not so common model. Worked well for many years.
|
You may be missing an R in there, here's the manual on sony's website: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/s.../30588741M.pdf
From what I can gather, the DCR-TRXXXX models are versions (clones?) of other Sony D8 camcorder models without the flip-out LCD screen. |
That is possible. '8000' is the part I'm sure of. The drawings of the camera look like the one I sold.
