I'd just like to point out that I made my first order from SMS in a while and it's fun to dissolve the peanuts in water.

I guess this thread remains as a "curiosity,"

I certainly do not mean to make light of someone elses obvious distress.

But, since you mentioned it Bix, these peanuts were advertised to be biodegradable and (in my case, & from a different supplier) even safe for consumption (assuming no allergies). So along the line of popping plastic bubble wrap for childish amusement, I would sometimes put them in my mouth and feel them disolve for a weird sensation.

Of course, I don't recommend this practice to others as it could be unsanitary. And I Do Not have any known allergies to Corn Starch.

They did stick to my tongue and had a bland, unappetizing flavor, in case someone else was considering this experiment.

I thought they actually did smell somewhat corn-like after wetting them. Taste-wise...you're more brave than I am.
