my first order of 100 taiyo yuden/dvd problem
 

Thanks to mark :DI will be getting my first 100 pack of ty, hopefully it's great and my dvd burner accepts it...

Other than that, CMC = Crap Media Company, thanks to LS for pointing that out. Apparently though, I just burned a few tests dvds with it, but it doesn't play on my computer but it plays fine on the DVD. Is that normal for disks made from companies with not good success rates?

Normally I've found the reverse. Poor dvd media will often play fine on the computer, but jumpy and jittery on the standalone dvd player.

yeah normally its reverse where the computer will see just about anything and the DVD Player either will say disc error, or play it with stops and pauses

It's probably because my firmwares are old, the funny thing is since I used DVD-R I've had these problems...I've used DVD+R for since 2 years ago.
