What's the best writing speed to use in ImgBurn?

4x, 8x, 12x, 16x, AWS, Max, or another one?

Thanks.

What is the rating of the media?
For 16x media, the ideal burn speed is 12x.
Second choice is 8x or 16x.
Third choice is 4x.
Real-time writing (DVD recorders) is fine, though not as optimal.
