Verbatim DVD-R x16 MCC 03RG20 vs MBI 01RG40

I have DVD-R disk from Verbatim 25 pack Verbatim 4.7 GB DVD-R 16X speed but code in Imgburn show MID: MBI 01RG40 do is good disk or fake medium and have some other 50 pack Verbatim in code show MID: MCC 03RG20 and this medium is good or not. Who is choice best?

What you have is likely not the DataLife / DataLife Plus (AZO) media, but the "Life Series" media. That's not the good Mitsubishi media, but 2nd-4th ckass media like Ritek, CMC, and MBI. Those discs are made in India by Moser Baer (MBI), and kind of lousy.

It's not fake, just not very good.

The MCC03RG20 media is Mitsubishi, and quite good. It's mostly made in Taiwan (CMC plant) and the UAE (FTI plant).
