does anyone know how to convert bin and cue files to dvd format.

BIN is a data file.
CUE is the file that tells a burning program how to read the BIN.

Open NERO, open the BIN/CUE combo, and burn the disc.

You can't do anything else with it.

you can extract the video from it with a prog.. vcd gear
