I bought this media DVD + R Philips because I did not find Verbatim and TY, this media Philips is good and reliable to store my files for long-time?

Try it.
Burner and burning rate must match.

After half a year check the combustion quality.
Then after a year.

If the focal Qualifiers still as in figure 1.
Then ists okay

I really recommend no more DVD.
The best were the Verbatim, see Figure 2

The most expensive, see Figure 3

Philips DVD media is almost always CMC, which is terrible.

I managed to burn some DVD media + R Philips CMC MAG M01 and I tested the burned disc with Nero Disc Speed and 3 disks 100% good burning, with this result it is possible that disappear files, deleted files from DVD discs because of them manufactured by CMC?

The issue with CMC is marginal burns, and burn-time failures (coasters). If it checks out the DiscSpeed, and the values are decent, then the disc should be okay. Remember, the quality rating for CMC is about 50-75%, so at least some of the discs in any given spindle should be alright.

If overly worried about moisture, you can always throw in some silica into a sealed box of discs.

I'm not sure of the exact time/temps that will begin to degrade media. Nobody does. It's a range. And I already gave you the ranges for temps and times. There's nothing more to be asked here. Discs last decades under ideal conditions. Less than ideal conditions yields lesser lifespans.

If you live in the middle of Brazil with no AC or heat, and lots of humidity, there's really nothing more to be said. You situation sucks, the end. It's like having the discs in the garage or attic in Texas (my current location), and that would be awful. I'd estimate a decade at most. Some discs less, some longer. Discs hate heat and humidity.

I'm not really sure about the exact correlations. I've not looked at that research in years now. I was heavier into the longevity in the 2000s. All I remember offhand now are the results, not the observations and experiments. Will a raise of 10 degrees cause 2x as worse problems? Probably. That sounds about right. That's who it works with audio noise. That's how a lot of things work: 10 units is 2x as bad.
