Wow, just was looking at Sony DVD+RDL media, it's almost $6 a piece! What a joke. I'm encouraged that some of the better media makers are starting to make the DL, but let's get the price down a little more.

I can bet the Sony DL media is made by Taiyo Yuden. Either with code, or without. TY does Japanese media to Sony specs. The Taiwan production is from Daxon, to Sony specs. TY DL media has not been a popular choice so far, MKM edges it out in the preference category.

I saw Verbatim DVD+R DL media for $25 for a 20 pack today. Out of stock $35 - $10 mail in rebate. Would have loved to grab some. Hell, even at $35 it is still a good deal. I can buy 20 packs of it through my company for $36 if I remember correctly.
