When such an action is necessary, a temporary single-user FTP account may be given out via e-mail (ftp address, username and password)
To access the FTP, you'll need to use
WS_FTP sofware.

Then do this:
NOTE: This last step is required for certain servers, including the current digitalFAQ server.
Not all servers work properly with passive mode, as is default in some programs.
Then OK and FINISH. You're now ready to upload files.
