One more thing about the Burn to ISO file in ImgBurn, do you burn it to DVD right after that, and then use DVD Decrypter to extract the streams from the DVD?

One more q...when you take it into Decrytper, do you checkmark the enable stream processing box? Just curious, why do you take it into all those programs, instead of just burning it to DVD after you create the image file in ImgBurn?

Hi, I have installed Huffyuv and used virtualdub to import a vhs on my pc (I got everything from here http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...lters-pre.html). Now, following this guide to convert the AVI to MPEG2 I can't save the file using the configuration in the part 1 (for the video), if I choose "Two Pass – Video Size" then avidemux fail to save the file correctly. If I use "constant quantiser" I don't have any problem. I tried increasing the file size output to match the input avi file, but the error is the same.
I read some discussion, but I can't find what I am doing wrong, someone said that it's a bitrate problem, but I don't know how to fix it.
PS: I am using Avidemux 2.7 64 bit

I have tried with windows 7 64 bit and Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit, the video is 4 minutes long and 2,3 gb in size.

Hi, I'm sorry but I can't figure out how to solve the problem, this is the Gspot v2.70a report, I hope it will be useful. What can I try to do to provide more info about the problem?

The video is lossless Huffyuv AVI, not MPEG.
Huffyuv = ~35gb/hour, so 4 minutes being 2.3gb is about right.

Avidemux 2.6 and 2.7 are known to not be great at MPEG-2 encoding. Use version 2.5. Only use 2.6/2.7 for x264 encoding.
