Helo, not sure if in the right forum to ask this. I have some VHS tapes I would like Digital FAQ team to convert to DVD. What is the typical processing time for 5 tapes? I am hoping to get back by Thanks Giving.

Hi Tim,

Our turnaround time is, at the moment, backlogged by several weeks -- due to health of a team member and some equipment needing repairs.
For just 5 tapes, however, it would not take long. Our queue should be emptied by the first of November.
