A so-called "professional" video editor needs help with .... ?
Note the IP. 99% of the forum use from that exact region was crapola, so automatic registrations were banned as a result. You have to manually ask us for an account, if you live in that region. (Almost none do, however. A few per year, maybe? Before the banning, there had been multiple spam posts monthly. Good riddance!)

We're really, really, really understanding when it comes to language barriers. But if this is a language barrier, that person's not even trying to communicate effectively.
