End of Windows 7 support in January 2020

Well, looks like Windows 7 will soon be the next XP in a few months:

End of Windows Support in Jan 2020

Microsoft no doubt will be trying to push folks to Windows 10 yet again. I just don't see 10 as a really secure OS since they like to break existing installed software with the annoying updates.

Windows 7 isn't going anywhere on my systems, even after the EOL date.

It's sad that they are moving up the chain of OSes. Now I would like to state something... while Windows 10 has its flaws (some of them should not be forgiven [looking at you forced updates]), it has admittedly gotten better. Of course it depends on the specs of the computer, but I feel that it's more bearable than what people claim. Great now I look like an undercover Windows agent :p

The title of this thread amuses me. Windows support = oxymoron.
