I am having a slight issue here with my Panasonic PV-VS4820 VCR. I bought this player off eBay last year, received it no doubt and cleaned the heads. While testing a tape inside, I noticed that the picture has some horizontal jitter happening on images of straight lines. Any straight lines in the picture aren't straight when the image is playing from this VCR, just wavy. I cleaned the heads and the machine again to my best ability, but no fix. I'm sure there is some issue with my PV-VS4820 and not the tape because I tested the same tape on my Panasonic PV-9450 that I also have. The picture was fine on that VCR, no waviness happening in the picture. I'm not sure if the read/write heads are going bad on the PV-VS4820 or what, but there's something not right here. Everything else with the PV-VS4820 is fine, just the picture jitter. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.

I also have an Imgur link comparing the image quality on both VCRs: https://imgur.com/a/SNAuB3I
