Hey
My friend is working in a small office that contains around 20 employees. They urgently need a new scanner to store the digital copy of their official documents, but they only need to handle a few hundred papers a week. As a person who does most of the digitalizing work in my office, he asked me for some suggestions to choose a scanner. I got two options to recommend either an HP scanner or a Xerox scanner. Xerox scanners in Toronto are nice because they have been doing it forever, and they are somewhat modular. Hp's are also very good in quality, and from my experience, I would say they tend to get stuck less often than other brands. So I'm in confusion to recommend one. Which one would be a good choice? I would like to hear from you before making a final decision.

It's really hard to top an Epson scanner, especially the better models like V600. Documents and slides look amazing, software is excellent, scan quickly and quietly. We use those here, 1 for business/documents (Linux Xubuntu), 1 for photo work (Mac).

Windows works well too, just not the OS we choose for photo/work systems.
