I have batch processed a few of my photos for the web in a batch processor, & notice in among the settings are options in the RGB settings & from this are color profile options, right now, I have just had it set at it's default of no value. Should I assign a color profile such as sRGB? or just leave it at no value?

The default is probably sRGB anyway.

I split your legality/copyright question here: http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/phot...watermark.html
