Hello, I'm scanning a lot of old photos and later I'll be uploading them to Google photos. For now I'm trying to stick with Tiff files for more quality. But for them to show correctly on Google photos I have to insert the date and time taken. Windows 10 can easily insert the date but not the time. I've tried several programs (Picasa, exifer, exiftool, watermark software) but failed. I'm starting to think if this is even possible. I can convert the tiff to jpeg and then insert the time easily but for now I'd like to try everything with Tiff files. Thank you.
