Use VirtualDub to directly capture a frame by clicking "File..." -> "Copy source frame to clipboard". Open a graphics program...

MainConcept is 64-bit.
Lagarith is 32+64 bit.

What you need to do is install ffdshow, and then enable the 64-bit FF Huffyuv (but not 32).

You can always try to capture...

Drag file to INPUT. Then drag input to OUTPUT, where you can set it (started with presets, customize/adjust settings as needed).

MainConcept Reference/TotalCode (payware) versions 2/3 are fine. I ran into many bugs with v2 in Win7 x64, with certain codecs (Huffyuv especially), but eventually resolved it all (after months)....
