I did some more testing, and it seems my device is actually fine. Something in Windows 10 version 2004 sadly seems to have broken it :(

Haven't determined if there's a solution.

The AVT-8710 isn't the cause. VCR fed right in has the same issue, even on menus.

It's attached to a desktop, using the same port I've always used. It is a USB 3 port, but I also just tried a USB 2 port and got the same results.
