Could just be a different batch I guess? Shouldn't be any difference.
My card has black capacitors with a blue stripe. Probably bought in 2004.
It also has TB400-2541-02 written on it at the top....

So it comes with a switch for 220v but only american plug? I have never seen a worldwide power supply I think. Guess you could get away with just a simple adapter plug.

Maybe. It's just that they add shipping costs as part of total price when they calculate the 25% import tax here. And their fee is $20 on top of that.

Also, is a tbc required for camera videos?

Of the X800 series your list mentions only ALL-IN-WONDER X800 XL. Is there any reason GT and XT is not included? I was just reading a review of the GT and it said it had the Theater 200 chip.
