What Professional TBC can I use?

I have a Leitch X75 - DPS 575

It is noisy. I connected the SVideo cable (input) and component output. But the images are black and white and distorted.

My wish was to improve the image quality ...

I have colour images PAL, no automatic. When I turn off TBC I have no problem , so the problem comes from TBC
