The issue shown in Clip1 and Clip2 is due to the fact that you are playing without the deck cover.
If the room is bright enough, some light reaches the sensors and prevents normal play....

Independently on being in Mechanism Assembly Mode (i. e. full eject position) or not, I can always see the same difference all the time. The small anchor is in a different position for this deck....
