Amazon price change on Verbatim DVD+R?

You list Amazon as selling Verbatim DVD+R 16x 100 pack for $22, but the current price is $29. Thanks anyway for your listing, and I have ordered the product from Amazon Prime.

Video editor capable of drawing circles

On occasion I have the need to take an existing video and mark an object or face by drawing a circle around the object. What type of video editor allows you to do this?

Problem solved

Earlier I had reported that TMPGEnc 4.0 did not read a flv file, but in my latest attempt TMPGEnc does indeed read a flash video file which has been down loaded from YouTube.
