(1) Tools labeled "newbie" are not tools we necessarily recommend, but they are popular "one click" programs with consumers. The quality of these tools is what is often referred to as "good enough" by laymen. Better methods for higher quality exist, although it tends to take more work and knowledge, often using higher-priced payware or complex freeware. The low prices and "no knowledge required" nature of this software makes them very popular to the general public. For this reason, we've provided links to some of the better available options.
(2) Stores with an "A+" or "A++" rating have proven themselves to be long-term quality merchant, with excellent prices on their products. In some cases, they quality of their products/services is far above that of their competitors. We cannot recommend these stores enough!
