Aspect ratio problem, AIW 9000 and 9200?

Hi i have aspect ratio problem when i capture Pal Vhs with ATI AIW 9000 or 9200 at 720x576 i get full frame picture no black bars on the left or right side

but if i capture at 704x576 i get black bar on the right side and it cut´s=crop little on the left side but the aspect ratio is then the same as with my other capture card and device like (ATI Tv Wonder 600 USB , ATI Tv Wonder USB 2.0, Matrox Marvel G400 TV, Blackmagic intensity shuttle USB 3.0)

i have tested with different drivers but did not help


with (ATI Tv Wonder 600 USB ,ATI Tv Wonder USB 2.0, Matrox Marvel G400 TV, Blackmagic intensity shuttle USB 3.0) i can capture at 720x576 and 704x576 i get always the same aspect ratio and with black bars on the left and right


i use VirtualDub for capture and OS is WinXP SP2

I have made the same experience. The native capture resolution for the ATI AIW for PAL is 704x576i.

so if i whant to capture everything so no cut´s=crop on the frame with ATI AIW 9000 or 9200 i must use 720x576 but i have to resize later to 704x576 to get right aspect ratio


but if i capture at 704x576 with ATI AIW 9000 or 9200 i get right aspect ratio but then i do not get everything on the frame there is going to be little cut´s=crop on the frame for me it was 8 lines on the left side that gets lost

so for me it look´s like ATI Tv Wonder 600 USB , ATI Tv Wonder USB 2.0, Matrox Marvel G400 TV, Blackmagic intensity shuttle USB 3.0 is much beter to use for Pal capture then Ati all in wonder cards 9000 and 9200 no crop or aspect ratio problems
