When I am capturing video in VirtualDub, VirtualDub2, or AmaRecTV, my video suddenly changes to green and purple. See attachment. It has happened in this examples:
  • Opening Adobe Premiere
  • Opening Chrome

I never happens when I walk away from the Windows 10 PC and let it do the capturing. So, the other software triggers the problem. I suspect that it is the fault of the Diamond VC500 capture device or the associated drivers. What do you think?

I used to have the same problem back in the days, usually the problem is solved if you don't capture on your system drive but onto another hdd (and please forget usb)
