How do you convert an NZB file to a compatible file format to put onto a DVD?

What would the NZB file need to be converted to, to accomplish this & what program(s) would I use for this?

That's not a video file that I've ever heard of.
According to Wikipedia, it's some sort of XML file for modern newsgroups.
