Legitimate businesses don't need to spam, period. They can advertise, yes, but do not spam sites!

I call BS.
The "C-class SEO" servers are the most obvious BS. That's a nonsense term in the hosting world. It's techno-babble.
You need to watch out. This fails my "smell test".
The post came from a
BuyVM.net VPS, used as a proxy, so there's no telling where this "business" originates. They're trying to be anonymous.
I have a feeling they'll just steal your money and "do a runner" (disappear) over the long-term. Seen it many, many times.
Hosting is an unsafe business these days, because of low barriers to entry. Any kid, amatuer, or foreigner can pretend to be a "host".
