Online reviews of this host are mostly negative. When you sell dedicated servers for so cheap, that leaves no room for operating costs (or even much profit).
If you're still trying to locate a "warez host", then this will also be a deadend. They've claimed to ignore copyright notices, but they will often remove content when pressured, as their datacenter is probably pressuring them. And they're subject to Dutch law (Netherlands).
What I find odd about this host is their whois address shows some sort of surfboard store. Something is fubar there. Not sure if that's a Google Maps error (possible), or if the company has provided false info (also possible).
A better dedicated server host would be
Baltic Servers.
