Helllp!

My could afford in the first place HR-S8965 is outputting crazy video after a tape jammed in it.

It didn't chew the tape, the tape simply stoped going forward, I got back upstairs to find it clunking. Took the tape out, tried a different one and now this is what it's doing

I figured the head might need a clean, gave it a clean but it still hasn't fixed the issue:

any ideas what's causing it, and what the fix would be?
