... and not a suggested TBC whatsoever anyway, infamous rackmount type broadcast TBC meant for non-consumer (non-VHS) type sources.
TBCs often had sparse documentation, especially broadcast items. Some of these items came with service contracts, in-facility lessons on usage, etc. It wasn't just something you'd buy from
Amazon, read the manual/pamphlet, and start using later that day. These were complex items, often fiddly and lots of caveats. The learning curves could be steep.
And at this late date, such TBCs are almost always defective, partially or fully. And touchy, even more than when new. These things are ancient, 80s video specs.
I wouldn't get anywhere near a TBC like that, even if free (would just waste my time).
Been there, done that, many TBCs, many hours/days wasted already. No thanks.
gshelley61 and myself talked about these on VH 15+ years ago, and our advice then was to stay away.
