Panasonic DMR-EZ48v RC3 Error. Cant use remote!
 

Hello, apologies if this isn’t the right section to ask but I’m having the worst time trying to get the remote to work with my Panasonic DMR-EZ48v VCR/DVD Recorder. Every time I push a button I get RC3 on the face of the machine. I looked up ways to work around this and they all say to hold down 3 and Enter/ok for a few seconds and that should fix this. I’ve tried this method multiple times and it won’t change anything. Another suggestion was hold down 3 and Return. Tried this too. Nothing. What am I doing wrong if anything?? This is frustrating!

Nevermind. I bought another remote and managed to get that one to work with it. I’m convinced the other remote was junk.
