Panasonic AG-7350 not loading tape?

Hello everyone.

I have this s-vhs withing the issue, its taking the tape inside, stays quiet for a second and ejecting the tape back. No error codes.

I looked inside the machine and everything looks very clean and nice.

What can cause this problem?

Are there some sensors what can cause it ?
For my eyes its looks like it cant " see " the tape is inserted and so on it will not load a tape, just thinking a moment and eject.
