Panasonic nv-fs200 picture issue
 

Haven't been active much of late had too much going on at home but I have had some time to myself this last week and 1st thing I do is purchase another fs200 just for parts, but it looks in really good condition and it might be an easy fix.

It was being sold for parts only and I knew about the picture issue and I have seen this before on one of my machines but forgot what caused it so what I want to know is, is this a psu issue? everything has been cleaned but the issue is still there.
