How to change pinch roller on Panasonic NV-HS1000?

Hello,
I need to remove the white plastic piece in order to change the pinch roller part. Did someone know how to remore this part safely...I succed to unfold 2 pins from the basement...but under my screwdriver there is still something that hold the white piece. Hope that I don't need to play under the tape tray... Thanks for your answer... on the top pry open the 2 clips that lock into the metal shaft.
