I'm having a weird problem with my DVD drive. It makes an ISO file with no problem, but when I try to burn that file to DVD, the error in the picture keeps coming up.

It was working fine a few days ago, I was burning DVDs with no problem, and then all of a sudden this started happening.

I've gone into the device manager and looked in there and it says everything is fine....so I don't know,it's just very weird

I thought maybe the actual driver started to go bad, but it creates the ISO file with no problem

See if the rom drive will play a dvd movie as this will check the laser is still working. It could also be that the roms your using are a faulty batch or not compatible.
Finally check to see if there is a firmware update for your rom drive.

If all the above fails, then your rom drive has probably died
