Sony BVH-1100 Service Manual

I am looking for a Service Manual for a Sony BVH-1100 C format recorder, if anyone can please help. Either an original paper manual or an electronic version would be appreciated. Many thanks.

I see one offered on ebay, but it is in Germany though it looks to be in English.

Thanks for taking the time to send your message, but unfortunately the Manual offered on eBay, is for the Sony BVH-1100A and I need one for the more basic BVH-1100 which I believe is not compatiable.

I have tried the Sony Service Manual website without any luck. Maybe if I could find a specialised Sony archive website, I could try again, but as I am now retired, I feel that my enquiry as a private individual may not have the same "clout" as an enquiry from a broadcast company. FWIW: while it is a bit of a long shot, I've found live phone calls to customer support and to parts counters can sometime produce results. You are a small businessman attempting to restore a serious machine aren't you? not just Joe Sixpack trying to fix his $39 VCR. Just frame your story before you make the call.
