Thoughts on buzzing DataVideo TBC-1000?

Hey everyone! Bought a DataVideo TBC-1000 on ebay claimed to be working. After powering it up I started hearing a buzzing noise. I assume this isn't normal? Here is a youtube video of the issue.

If you max out your volume, it's very audible near the end of the clip. I haven't wired it up to a source or viewed the output for fear it might fry other things

Anyone know of any good repair shops that could fix this thing? Thanks ahead of time!

Likely a bad capacitor.

And from what I've learned in the past year or so is that repairing a DataVideo TBC isn't easy, sometimes completely impossible.

It could go at any moment. Sometimes bad caps cause image issues, sometimes just cease working, and sometimes catch fire.
