Has anyone ever encountered problems with a DataVideo TBC-1000? There are times when mine suddenly makes the video very dark (sometimes to a black screen). Sometimes it goes back to normal quickly, sometimes not. I have a feeling it's the S-Video In connection as I can bypass the TBC and the video plays fine. I've tried different cables, and turning it off and on doesn't seem to help.

Any thoughts?
