I've just re-installed Windows 10 (now 20H2) and am going to install my 710-USB. When I last did it, I plugged it in and Windows automatically installed "something" and the card started working. I then installed the Win 7 62bit driver from the Pinnacle website, but I don't know whether that would have overwritten the native Win 10 drivers or not.

I have also seen some installs where they tell you to put the software on first, then plug in the device.

Could anybody please advise what sequence I should use to get my 710-USB installed correctly?

Thanks, Al
