Using a ATI 600 USB and redoing my timing options cause they were reset in Virtualdub 1.9.11

I've reread the Capture Settings page http://www.digitalfaq.com/forum/vide...-settings.html and am a little confused if I'm using the settings correctly.

So the ATI 600 USB has its own integrated audio/video timing inside. So in the resync section, should I not check "Sync audio to video..." and check "Automatically disable resync when integrated audio/video..."

Also do you have the "Correct video timing for fewer frame drops inserts" checked? Seems maybe I shouldn't

Thanks!
