Hello to everyone, i have a problem with pinnacle 710
during recording i ear that the audio it's correct but when i open a .avi file i see that the video voice it's different than the original
can help me please?

How are we suppose to help you with no information about the problem at all? Go to the mechanic and tel him my car doesn't work and see how he reacts.

How is it different? Different quality? Not synced to picture? An upload would probably help. Cheers Tim.

i follow this guide to configure virtual dub

JVC VCR TBC is on and Frame TBC in chain
the video is capture correcctly without any problem but and if i enable audio playback i ear the correct
but when i play the file the people speak like a helium voice

i attach some photo with my envirvonment
JVC VCR HRS7711
TBC - CBT530TR
Pinnacle 710
Laptop with windows 7 or 10
i live in italy and i set the video in PAL-D in pinnacle 710
i attach directly RCA cable from output VCR to Pinnacle
and s-video from vcr to TBC to Pinnacle
do you need other information ?

I solve the problem with audio , for pal i need to set frequency to 25 fps
|

To be technical, 25fps is the video frame rate, not a frequency. The wrong framerate causes dropped frames. The right doesn't.
