ATI AIW 8500 No DVI Video Out

HI, I just got an ATI AIW 8500. I put it into my PC and I’m not getting any video through the DVI out. I swapped it with another video card and the DVI is working. I’m running a DVI to HDMI cable. Both cards are DVI-I. The 8500 is very clean and the accessories were unused. The fan on the card is running. However, I’m assuming that the 8500 is no good based on the lack of a video signal.

I thought I’d throw this issue out here just incase, before I chuck the card.’
