ATI or Nvidia capture card for VHS?

Hi, I can get ATI AX800 card from ASUS that has ATI Rage Theater 213RT1ZUA43 chip that is suppose to be 10bit?
I also have Leadtek FX5700 VIVO card with SAA7114H 9bit chip.

Is it worth to get the ATI ? Will the capture quality improve?
What about TerraTec G3 it's more than used ATI AX800 what about capture quality?

ATI vs. Nvidia = no contest, when the Theatre chipset is present.
Always go for ATI.
